I hope this message finds you well. We have two important updates to share with you.

1. Shipping Cost Increases: As of now, UPS and FedEx have increased their shipping rates for large packages (over 20kg) by nearly 30%. Additionally, the rates for small packages (under 20kg) have risen by 15%. While we have not yet adjusted our product prices, please be aware that if these trends continue, we may need to reconsider our pricing structure in the near future. We encourage you to place your orders now to take advantage of the current rates before any further increases take effect.

2. National Day Holiday Notification: Due to the National Day holiday in China, our office will be closed from October 1st to October 7th. Please note that shipping companies will also be on holiday during this time, so orders placed from October 1st will be processed and shipped out only after the holiday ends on October 8th.

If you are planning to place an order soon, we recommend doing so in the next couple of days. This will help you avoid delays due to high order volumes that may cause a backlog until after the holiday.
